Terms of Service (Regulamin)

1. Who we are

Seller / service provider: Antoni Zieliński, a natural person operating in Poland as unregistered business activity („działalność nierejestrowana”, no CEIDG entry / no NIP or KRS required at this scale). Contact: contact@hedgeyourown.com.

2. What the service is

HedgeYourOwn (hedgeyourown.com) is a financial PUBLISHER, not an investment adviser. Each strategy publishes ONE model-portfolio update, identical for every subscriber and generated systematically — it is information, never a personal recommendation or a signal to buy or sell. You decide and trade in your own brokerage account; the service never places, executes or manages trades and holdings data is read-only.

3. Pricing

$2 unlocks your first strategy and includes your first month of all-access; then $6/month flat for all-access; unlocking additional strategies is a one-time $2 each and the monthly fee does not change. On the Polish (BLIK) rail the prices are 9 zł / 29 zł / 9 zł respectively. The exact amount and currency are always shown before you pay (no surprise step-up).

4. Right of withdrawal (EU 14 days)

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because this is digital content/services delivered immediately, at checkout you expressly request that performance begin at once and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once access is provided (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m); ustawa o prawach konsumenta art. 38 pkt 13). You confirm this with a tick box before paying.

Goodwill policy: regardless of the above, we refund any charge on request within 14 days — just email contact@hedgeyourown.com.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period and does not renew after that.

6. No advice, no warranty

Everything published is market information, not investment advice and not a personal recommendation. Track records are simulated backtests, not live results, and past performance does not predict future results. Investing carries the risk of loss, including of your whole stake. The service is provided “as is”; we do not warrant any particular outcome, profit, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for investment losses or for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the service or reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law & disputes

Governing law: Poland (this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence). For disputes you may use out-of-court routes, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) and the Polish consumer authorities (UOKiK / Rzecznik Finansowy where applicable).
