Regular investing (DCA) calculator
What would a fixed monthly amount put into one stock or ETF be worth today? Pick a ticker, an amount and a start month.
Pick a ticker and we'll work out what your monthly payments would be worth today. For example: AAPL.US · CDR.PL · SAP.DE
Period 2021-10 → 2026-10 · amounts in the quote currency (EUR), dividends reinvested, no fees or taxes.
In plain words 💡
DCA (dollar-cost averaging) means paying in the same amount every month, whatever the price. When the price is low the same money buys more units, when it's high, fewer. No guessing the "right moment" 🗓️.
IRR is the annual return that accounts for money going in gradually — the first payment worked for years, the last one barely at all. The "all at the start" comparison shows what spreading the payments out gained (or cost). Under 12 months we don't show an IRR: a few months' result scaled up to a yearly rate is noise, not a return. The month still in progress isn't counted as a payment — it is valued at the latest close.
Keep in mind ⚠️
This is one ticker's history over one window — a different start or a different stock would give a very different result, and the past doesn't say what comes next. We use fractional units with no commissions, taxes or currency-conversion costs.
